I am a doctor, and in addition to my professional expertise, I also work as a Life Coach, helping individuals identify and overcome challenges in their health. I empower people to achieve their health goals, and create a more fulfilling life. I also specialise as a Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, guiding individuals of all genders and age groups toward emotional balance, mental clarity, and personal growth through scientifically-backed techniques and practices.
My passion for speaking and coaching has led me to deliver impactful sessions, including a keynote on mindfulness during World Mental Health Day 2021, and an offline workshop for women above 35 on Menopause and its Relationship to Heart Disease and Breast Cancer in Mumbai.
With a deep commitment to supporting menopausal women, I developed "3 Magical Methods" based on my vast experience, to empower women above 35 to live their healthiest and happiest lives. My signature program "Blossom Through Menopause", educates women in the premenopausal, menopausal, and postmenopausal stages on overcoming symptoms and achieving holistic well-being.
I am the Founder of Empowering Divas Hub “ Building Sisterhood and Harmony”, a Life Member of the Indian Menopause Society, Mumbai, and I am honoured to serve as one of the Trustees of the Rutuja Charitable Trust, India.
