Brigita Langerholc is a former Slovenian Olympic runner turned coach, mentor, and transformational guide, focusing on mindset, holistic wellness, and empowering athletes and individuals to reach potential through neuroscience and energy based techniques.
An alumnus of the University of Southern California (economics), she specialised in the arena of women in leadership at the University of Ljubljana, and is an advocate involved in promoting athletes' rights and women in sports leadership.
In addition to her achievements in sport, she is also a successful author: Her book - 'To the Goal and Beyond' ("Do Cilja in Naprej") - documents her personal journey and how she transformed from a sickly child to a top athlete
She combines her elite sports experience with advanced personal development practices, offering coaching, workshops, and motivational speaking. With a mix of modalities including Light Language, the Silva Ultramind system and bio energetics, her work is focused on helping people overcome mental blocks and achieve their goals.
