Hello - my name is Aubrey and I am the founder of Ayeshnika GoVA, a virtual assistant agency built with love, faith, and purpose.
This journey began in October 2024 with just a few passionate VAs and a deep desire to create something meaningful. The name Ayeshnika is a heartfelt tribute to my daughters—Ayesha, whom I lost, and Annika, who continues to be my daily source of strength. What started as a path to healing has now grown into a mission to empower others and provide for my family, while honoring the memory of a precious life.
As the breadwinner of my family, and with the unwavering support of my husband—my partner, motivator, and number one cheerleader—I’ve embraced the responsibility of leading with compassion and commitment.
Ayeshnika GoVA is more than just a company; it is a reflection of our resilience and our belief in the power of community. We currently support around 20 clients from various industries, offering dedicated, experienced virtual assistants who are not only skilled but also bring heart and positivity to every task.
I have built a business where we work together with purpose and care—treating each other like family and each client like a partner.
