The emphasis is on developing awareness of internal sensations and learning to downshift physiological arousal using breath, body scanning, and guided stillness practices.

Somatic Breathwork for Emotional Release and Awareness
The role of breath as a direct tool for accessing and regulating stored emotional and physical tension in the body. Students learn foundational somatic breathing patterns such as circular breathing, diaphragmatic expansion, and paced respiration. The practice encourages safe emotional processing through body awareness, helping to release stress patterns, improve resilience, and strengthen the mind–body connection..

My name is Adi, I'm a life coach with a strong focus on Yoga and Breathwork, and I'm truly passionate about helping others transform their lives towards greater health and wellbeing. I also integrate NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) originally known as the ancient art of Yoga Nidra -to guide the nervous system into profound states of recovery, alongside somatic breathwork and gentle bodywork practices that help release stored tension and reconnect you with your body’s innate intelligence. These methods support deep regulation, emotional processing, and a felt sense of safety within yourself.
My approach focuses on practical techniques like basic yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises called pranayama, and beginner movements to help you find balance and calm. I also offer specialized sessions one on one, designed to activate and harmonize your energy, promoting overall well-being. Additionally, I incorporate the soothing power of sound healing into my practice. I can help you cultivate inner calm, and create a life of joy and balance.
